Rafid is a practicing physician, digital health advocate and adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins. He is passionate about expanding access to care domestically and abroad. His work in those settings set the stage for being a part of the Zivian Health team, empowering providers giving high quality care.

Jesse has a passion for creating value for a greater social good and crafting solutions to complex problems. Jesse most recently focused on expanding access to creator works and literacy, leading digital product management at Findaway, growing the business for AudioEngine, the world’s largest B2B audiobook distribution platform, from inception to its acquisition in 2022.

Tony’s passion for solving problems and creating value has led to a background of diverse serial entrepreneurship, including improving medical patient access. Tony is excited to apply lessons learned in past ventures to improve digital access to care, leverage applied analytics, and create value for the patients reached by Zivian’s network of clinicians.

Kim comes from 12 years in healthcare staffing of clinical and nonclinical positions where she grew her previous company to $400 million in sales in 2022. She managed all Business Development, Sales and Account Management in her previous role as VP of Sales and launched several direct enterprise accounts with for-profit and non-profit health systems across the country. Kim's passion for relationships and years of experience in growth strategy has earned her trusting and long-lasting partnerships within the healthcare industry and more.

Taylar boasts extensive expertise in medical staffing, spanning multiple years within the healthcare industry. Her career has been defined by her passion for aligning healthcare professionals with qualifying roles and collaborative relationships, fostering connections that optimize care delivery. She is committed to leveraging her skills to contribute to a more efficient and accessible healthcare system.

Jayden is an Experienced Learning Professional with a background in medicine and business with an MS in Healthcare Management from Johns Hopkins University. His experiences as an Honor-Roll Collegiate Varsity Student-Athlete and Healthcare Professional make positive differences in the lives of patients despite cultural differences. He currently has experience in Project Management, Healthcare Consulting, and Professional Leadership, and is a tenacious worker who prides himself on exceptional work for exceptional patient outcomes.

John is an accomplished engineering leader who brings a wealth of experience from his leadership roles at IBM, GitHub, and Disney. With a track record of building innovative products and teams in various domains, including clinical data warehousing, developer tools, custom hardware, security, and observability, John embraces the diverse challenges of engineering leadership at Zivian. His return to the healthcare sector is guided by a deep family history of clinical practitioners, fueling his passion for our mission.

Brad is a pragmatic software engineer with experience solving healthcare problems at IBM, McKesson and most recently Nuna; a health tech startup with a focus on value based care backed by the legendary John Doerr. He is passionate about expanding the accessibility of healthcare to underserved populations, and leveraging his skills to bring the vision of Zivian to fruition.

Rachel’s background is based in patient care with a focus on drug and alcohol treatment. She comes to the Health Tech start-up world with a set of fresh eyes, and a passion to help individuals receive the best care no matter the geographic location they reside in.
